When can I start watching?
You can watch programs marked free now. Find available programming through Search, New Releases and Creator Channels.
How do I find a program?
Use Search to find a title, creator or channel. Browse the available categories and creator channels from the main menu. Empty sections stay out of prominent navigation until programming is ready.
How does My List work?
Use Add to My List on a program to save it in this browser. Clearing your browser's site data removes local saved items. My List does not sync across devices.
How do I resume a video?
Continue Watching saves progress for supported native players on this device when browser storage is available. Select a program to resume it. Embedded MediaHost players may manage progress separately.
Are memberships available?
Free viewing, MediaHost+ premium viewer membership and creator membership are separate. New paid enrollment from Streamola is unavailable pending approval of required disclosures. See Membership Plans for current information.
Will videos have captions?
Caption controls will be available for programs with supplied caption tracks.
How do creator uploads reach Streamola?
Creator accounts and uploads are managed through MediaHost. Eligible programming appears on Streamola after publication and approval. Start with Put Your Content on Streamola to learn about applications and content requirements.
